| with just the ign on and no noise have someone operate the controls, from the passenger side listen for the flapper moving, then attack!

| On my 93 there is a door that opens that is just behind the vents on the floor. Remove the floor vents - there is one hex bolt holding it in place. With those removed you should be able to look up and see a door that opens and closes. See if that one is working or not. I can't remember if that is the main door it uses or if it's part of the blend temperature. Any, it's easy enough to look at.
