 | Tranny swap question. Will an R700 tranny and flywheel from a GM 4.3 or 305 work on a 377 (400 with 350 crank)? The truck currently has a NV 4500 5 speed that I just broke coming off the line shifting to 2nd. Last edited by 377dblhump; 12-14-2008 at 05:52 PM. |

| i think it should i had one on a 331 stroker and i have one bolted up to a 4.3 in a fullsize chevy

| it will work but if you have it out you might do some up grades to the 700 to make it last especially if you race it you will want a beast sun shell it is three times stronger than the original which is a weak point good luck |
