2000 GMC truck won't start in the morning

I have a 2000 GMC truck w/ 130,000 miles. It will not start in the mornings unless I spray a little starting fuild in it. Then it fires right up. I then can start it anytime after that. I then let it sit overnight and it does the same thing.

I changed plugs, fuel filter. It sounds like the fuel pump kicks on each time I turn on the key. I don't have a code reader.

Any help would be great.

Welcome to the forum
I think if you scan it, and look at the reading for the ecm temp sensor you will find it weak

if you do scan it, do it with a cold engine and compare the IAT sensor with the ECT sensor. they should be within a few degrees of each other with a cold engine.

Alsio could try turning key on for 2-3 seconds before crank to confirm if fuel is loosing prime overnight. If starts after wait could be check vavle prob.

So I have changed both the IAT and ECM sensors and it still doesn't want to start very well. Where is the check valve?

I am thinking I may need a new fuel pump.
