Question Slow fuel fill on my 75 3/4 ton fleetside

I'm having problems putting gas in my truck. These new vapor recovery nozzles here in California are too sensitive and I can only fill at a very slow rate. I can't even set the nozzle at the first detent. I've checked the vent hose and it's OK. Is there any fix for this? Is there a fill tube for an unleaded nozzle that will fit my truck?

does it vent back into the fill tube???? you might re route it, and get the vapours to stop going toward the fill nozzle, had to do that on a service truck at work to get it to fill, and not waste 5 gallons in the process...... but I don't have to worry about inspections on it.
