I have the 6.0 in my 2500HD. I noticed the oil cooler tube is leaking at the connection to the radiator. Is their an o-ring that may be the cause? If so can it be replaced or is there an other reason for the leak. i dont want to have to replace the whole assy. at $70.00 from NAPA.

It appeared to be leaking where the pipe goes into the radiator fitting. I know there is a clip that holds the tubing into the radiator but im not sure if there is an oring to prevent leaking or if its how the shape of the fittings match up.

There's a O ring, it's in the threaded fitting that goes into the radiator.. If that's the cause , they don't cost much at all.. replace the fitting and be done with it. Make sure to inspect the pipe for signs of kinking from being side loaded or bent/worn where the o ring seals against it. If it is .. it will only leak again.. and you will need new cooler lines too.
