| Yes I did remove the bolt that came with the locker, lol. But I didn't take out the thrust bearings in the initial dis-assemble which didn't allow enough play for the detroit to unlock. So I finished pulling it all back apart, took out the two thrust bearings put in all back in and hand tested it for operation and it is know functioning properly. Now it has a faint clicking or racheting like the manual says. By the way thanks for the quick replies.

| Yeah, I'm thinking about putting the Aussie locker in the front of my Dana 44. It has manual lockout hubs so it won't effect street-ability until I lock them.
