 | painting rocker panel I'm painting my 96 Sierra rockers and sides from the trim belt down and need some advice from those of you who paint regularly. I've sprayed a few vehicles before and only used single stage urethanes, with good results. I want to spray my rockers with silver, then clear with flake added. The metalflake is House of Kolor silver flake, 1/64th size. Anyone know what size tip I should use to spray this? I've got 1.4, 1.6 and 2.0 but 2.0 seems way too big. The 1.6 tip is what I'm leaning toward. This is my first attempt at metalflake so I could definately use some opinions here. |

 | the person that sold you the material will give you the best advice as far as tip, air pressure, solvent rates etc
