It will fit, the bow effect will not be as noticeable due to the taller sidewall. Yes it will wear more towards the centers of the tread, and no it shouldnt be a problem on the highway. BUT, they will not clear the frame or suspension at full lock, and you will need to trim your fenders to clear. In my opinion I would go with a 33/12.50 or a 285/65/16, with these your tires wont be bowed and they will clear with no problems if you have a lift. If you have no lift forget about it. Theres no way your fitting a 33 under a stock 1500.

ooooooooohhh... i'll agree that its a sweet truck. thats a given. however, i've never been a fan of flaresides, ground effects, or even steps to get into the cab. just a personal preference. no offense gmc! maybe i shouldnt post after a few adult beverages, i think im just getting myself in trouble....
