| Yeah, I was wondering about that too. It's one of the things I always liked about the "look" of those trucks. Of course, finding replacement lenses and parts for them is a chore and a half, if you can find them at all...
__________________ If the guys who design 'em had to take one home, use it every day for 2 years, and do all the maint and repairs themselves, cars would have a button on the dash to change the oil, filters & plugs. |

| Safety inspections? Most states have 'em. Not sure if Kansas does though.

| I have a feeling he has other plans for turn signal and parking lights up front. I agree though, I think I would have left those lights. I always liked those about those trucks too. I always thought chains where pretty cool too. But I have a feeling hes going for the sleek shaved look on this truck. Back in the day when it was legal to ride in the back of a pick-up, I did not mind riding in the back or having my passengers ride in the back and leaning up against the tailgate if it had those chain type latches. That tailgate is NOT coming open while driving down the road, where I could not trust the latch type. I would never lean up against a tailgate in the back of pu if were latched in fear it would fall open.
