| I would honestly put a new set of plugs in it due to the fact that you were running rich. The plugs could be fouled, changing them might improve it more.

| i hope that the regulator was the problems because changing the plugs on this one sucks its just a few cylinders that really are not fun due to sensors in the way or tucked under manifold i cut the time down to an hour first time i did the plugs i swear it took me three hours i never know what plugs to use any suggestions? |

| the best ones for your engine would be your standard AC-DELCO plugs. look at the emissions sticker to see what they should be gapped to and you should be fine.

| remeber pregapped plugs are not always gapped the same so double check all of the plugs before you install them

| Truth! Pregapped just means they were gapped at the factory. Who knows what kind of shipping abuse they've had since then? I've seen pregrapped plugs that were off by as much as .10
__________________ If the guys who design 'em had to take one home, use it every day for 2 years, and do all the maint and repairs themselves, cars would have a button on the dash to change the oil, filters & plugs. |

| how does that have anything to do with drive ability? i use 5w30 as reccomended i have used thicker oil before but it starts even worse in the winter so all is use is Ams Oil 5w30 |

| AC_DELCO are a GM standard plug. It doesn't make them better than NGK. As long as you don't put autolite plugs in it you will be fine. Use whatever plugs you desire. I have no idea what the oil weight has anthing to do with it.

| driven it for a couple of days now problem seems to be better one thing i still noticed at high rpm like 3500 rpm in second and i go to give it more gas it hesitates ab it then goes i think we found the source of the problem but did not solve it completely |
