Mirror Delete Plates

Hi I have been looking for the mirror delete plates for an 1994 gmc 3500. I have the stock power mirrors on it now and want to replace them with the west coast style mirrors, but to do this you need to remove the mirror. I have seen the blank plates in pictures with the west coast style mirrors installed on other trucks but can find anything anywhere about buying them or even a part no. Anyone have any ideas where I could get these or if they have a PN thanks.

Hmmm... I have 'em on my '99, but the truck came that way. I also just checked LMC but they don't list them.

No easy way to get the darn things off and look for a PN on them. If there were an easy way I would have pulled them today and repainted them, since the one on the passenger side is peeling. Got three nuts holding them in place on the inside, but to get to the nuts you have to work through a small little triangle. Sort of like an automotive gynecologist.
