1998 GMC Sonoma Not Starting When Cold

I have a 1998 GMC Sonoma SLS 4.3L Truck. It is CSEFI Injection. I have been dinking around with this for so long now and I can not figure out what the problem is. I KNOW it is a fuel delivery problem because if I pour a little bit of fuel down the throttle body it fires up.

I have replaced the IAT sensor, the coolant temp sensor, fuel pressure regulator, and the fuel filter. The fuel pressure is right where it is supposed to be at with key on and not running and even with it running the pressure is perfect, so its not the fuel pump. I have also checked the injectors and the resistance is in spec.

It only does this if it sits for a while like 5-6 hours. If I'm running around doing stuff it will start with no problems at all.

I have pulled the engine codes but they don't tell me whats going on because the ones I pulled don't have anything to do with fuel delivery. So I'm kinda stuck. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank You

sounds like you need a good scanner instead of a code reader
