DTC Codes P0420, P0152, P1351

ok I have all these codes in my truck

P0420
P0152
P1351

I have tried to do research on these codes but i can't find anything that says "this is the problem" Autozone and Oriellys don't have a clue and want to sell my stuff that "MIGHT" fix it. I've had P1351 the longest a guy with a snap-on computer (One of those Chevy/GMC Gods that know a lot of stuff) told me tp check my IAC valve, I'm replacing that tomorrow so I'll let yall know about that one. the P0420 code, I've had before, i replaced all my O2 sensors and the cat and put some flow masters on it (i needed exhaust anyway) code went away for a while and the recently came back. As for the P0152 code that one is new. Any Ideas?

no such thing as "this is your problem" when dissecting a code. its primary function is to tell you what the sensors tell it. but with this info, you can deduce what is wrong.
how long did the 0421 and 0152 code go out for??

Ok update on this. Today I was headed over to my dad’s house to work on my truck. I had cleared all codes before leaving and left the scanner hooked up and put it in the cup holder, guesses what happened.....NOTHING!! The misfire just went away it ran good. However the 420 and 351 codes both came back. But I think I know what’s causing the 420 one at least. Let me explain, I had stopped at the parts house and picked up some sea foam for my bro and got me a can as well. sucked it up thought the vac line and let it "soak" about 10 min. came back did the rev thing, my bro just happened to be standing in front of the truck with my hood open and saw the white smoke coming out where the exhaust manifold bolts to the pipes. Well ima take it up to the exhaust shop that installed my mufflers and see what they can do about it cuz I think those are under some kind of warranty. As for the 351 I have NO idea. Id replace the coil to see if that might fix it but I don't have the extra money to do the "hit and miss" routine. Any ideas what could be causing the 351 code?
