Just replaced altenator and then i lost dash lights and power to ac blower/fan controls after checking fuses and fusable links ,removed and reversed position of those 2 30 amp circuit breakers and now have power but,, highest fan level is like the lowest level before altenator switch,,,anyone have a clue what's wrong ???? Thanks

Sounds like your new alternator is no good, or you didn't hook up the field wire. Did you buy new or a rebuild?

If you have a meter check and see what kind of voltage you have at the battery with the engine running. Should be between 12 and 14, with 13.8 being ideal.

Blower slow at hi-spd sounds like the batt voltage isn't getting there.
That could be caused by poor connections on ground side
just as easily as batt side. With the recent work, check those grounds.
May want to check voltage at blower itself and resistor for ref.
What truck is this ?
