| check your fuel filter and fuel pressure. there should be a vacuum diagram under the hood some place, usually on the fan shroud or radiator support. when you find the problem post back and let us know what it was.

| not sure on that truck, some have schrader valve you can hook the pressure gauge up to, some you have to disconnect the fuel line and hook the gauge up to that. Try pinching off the return line to see if it stays running, that will increase the pressure.

| i dont have a valve to check the pressure so i remoived the fuel line from the trottle body and nothing came out even when i cranked it over. i replaced the fuel filter and still no luck. i had it running a few times by spraying starter fluid into it and it would stay running as long as i kept spraying. any ideas |

| New filter and still no fuel. The filter could be in backwards or your fuel pump died. Try hitting the fuel tank with a rubber mallot while someone tries cranking it. If it starts then your fuel pump is shot and you'll need another one.
