Have this sound with engine off and coasting down street?
Have this sound only while rolling under power ?
Missing a cat ? Need more info
Does it happen while you drive slow enough to
have someone walk along side and say which side ?

did you wash the back brakes as well?? no cheating. anytime i go out and play, i make sure that it last longer than the up and coming wash job which usually takes a couple of hours. lots of suspension to clean out to ensure no broken or failed parts.

it sqeaks when the engine is off while rolling down the street and it sounds like it coming from the front left. Theres no ploblems with the cat. And It staring to sqeak more now even under power.

bearings would be my guess. try raising the truck and shaking the wheels for slack.
