Asap starting problem 2003 gmc sierra WTF?

I have an unusual problem as of this morning...

It at first didn't want to start, went churr rr rr click click click...got stuck at home depot churr rrr click click click....
when I try to or successfully start it it resets my ecu and radio and my parking lights come on and stay on instead of my drl. WTF?

I checked all connections to starter, solenoid, and replaced some questionable fuses...still happening...I thought maybe the starter relay but looks ok...can't exactly open it up and see...

Ideas?...relay first...uh oh yeah battery is good, charged at 14+ idle, 9+ crank, all connections are clean and tight, no noticable breaks tears or rusting...

Maybe the battery is bad itself.

Have you tested the battery to see if it is bad?

Charge is good. Reads 9+ at crank and 14+ at idle ..just tested it a month or so ago, but haven't today as I don't want to get stuck at murrays ...seems like it is a lack of power to turn it over, and it resets the radio and the ecu cel each start...crazy...ignition switch??....still waiting on my buddy to come by after work...he can take me if I need to go to murrays.

sounds like a weak battery to me too, maybe a cell is getting weak

I just got a new GM waranteed Battery from my GM TECH buddy.

..no more problems....it was 4-5 years old,

just went out last night I guess, I did leave a led red neon on for a couple hours 2 days ago, but it started right up after I turned it off......Thanx!!!
