The box there on the fenderwell. You can see the line that comes from the side closest to the pass. side, and its not connected to anything. Theres another line thats not connected to anything that seems to come from underneath the truck. Hmm.

THe one line you have circled in red, I do believe goes to the master cylinder.

Unless somebody has a diagram they could post, I do believe it would be in my best interest to get a service manual.

I'm sure, you ask nicely, you can get someone to send a diagram of about anything you want to know about that truck.

Heres a few shot of the truck. I guess when it was stolen, they took it through some mud.

But you can see the drivers side window up

I gotta clean it up, it looks like garbage in the pictures.

You'll need a VATS Passkey one way or another. Without a key, there's only one wauy to tell what pill/seed the ECM/Key require and the only way to do that is with a VATS Interrogator (GM TOOL) and then you will still need a new ignition cylinder and a VATS key will have to be cut for that cyl only after you find out what VAT pill is required.

You're not going to get this truck running without taking it to the dealership. Period.

Sorry....
