 | I have heard that they had some problems with the neck on the radiator causing it somehow. something about having to smooth out some rough edges on the surface somewhere and replacing the cap. |

 | The water neck issues you speak of are from having a plastic radiator. Uncommon thing but possibly with all plastic radiators, Doesnt really seem to be an issue here though since it just started overheating when he moved.
