rear window seal

1998 Gmc truck. The rear window has come unsealed a little and is creating a noise when I got the windows up and the heat on. If I crack a window it goes away. I want to avoid pulling the whole window out. THere is about a 4 or 5 inch space that is coming loose. Anything I can seal that with without pulling thw whole window out?

Try black polyurethane in the caulking tubes thats what they use to install the windows in the first place. Is it a slider or not?

it is a slider. My concern is that I only have like 6 inches or so that is coming aprt from the truck window. And is only maybe 1/2 inch gap to put polyurathane into it. I dont wanna pull too much and break it even worse. I am thinking that I may be able to get a tube that has a long narrow nipple that would allow me to get up in there and squirt it
