take all the hoses and lines off. take fan and shroud off. take your ac compressor with lines still attached and drape it over side of fender. disconnect all linkages. disconnect exhaust pipe. prop your tranny up and take converter bolts out if it is an auto and remove bellhousing bolts. hook up to engine. remove bolts from engine mounts. then backwards putting everything back together. easy process. day at the most.

Don't forget to disconnect the battery cables FIRST. Disconnect all wires from engine and drape them where ever they will reach, remember where they go so you can put them back.

my fatherinlaw tried to take a starter out of a nova one time without disconnecting the battery or taking it out of gear. it started and ran over him. good point Larry.

Need to find an "A Frame" & some type of hoist to start. No need to unbolt it if you can't pick it up
