Trouble Code PO455

I have a 2003 gmc Serria 4.3L engine I have trouble code PO455 I put my code reader on and it says Evaporative Emission System Leak detected (gross leak/no flow) Can somebody out there tell me what to fix are what parts to change have no clue what this is thanks for any help.

Yeah from what I've got, there's a leak in the Evap system... and there's about 12 pages of diagnostics on it

I'd recommend taking it to a shop, unless you're very secure in your mechanical abilities... Messing with the emission system is no joke.

No I did not think so you was just trying to help but I did more research on the net and one guy said he brought it to the shop with the same trouble code and they found his gas cap was not screwed in so I just walk out and check mine it was not screwed in also I guess I forgot I will see if it comes up again thanks for your time and help
