yup, dang release hung up some how and the arrow managed to go sailing to the faaaar left of me. never did like that release.

packed up? our stores keep the hunting stuff out year round. heck, we have stores for nothing but hunting stuff. if gander mt doesnt have it mud, try a gun store/range, they generally have a small bow section. which part broke? the part thats in the string itself? if so, how'd you manage that

i broke the peep site on my bow today. winter break is coming up and i thought i would get some practice shots in before i went out, looks like i won't be going out after all. i'll probably have to order the site on line since all the stores have packed their bow supplies up. i might get lucky at gander mt. though.

yours duck? they jump around here. missed a decent 8 point on my first season out, dang thing jumped so high when he heard me release, that i eneded up with a gut shot. never did find him.

must suck to have the multiple season.... down here, once it starts. its in till the end. except this year GA started an extended season. 2 weeks long at the end of regular rifle season, strictly bows. similar to the month before rifle season of bow only...... 93, gotta remember to aim low when bow hunting... they hear that aarow coming and will drop down EVERY TIME. i always aim low with mine. and honestly. if you're trying to get you a big buck, unless you have plenty doe around. i'd leave a few does. the rut its fixin to hit around these parts. and you need them does around to bring the big nocturnal bucks out during the day. after the rut we hammer down on does. but leave em at the first of the year...

never got out and my schedule is packed full when the late season starts.

went bow huntin saturday finally had the chance been busy workin but anyways i wasnt in the woods 45min and a big doe walks out and i shoot over her back by about 3 inches man i was so pissed , but it was my fault i ws practicing the day before and i ws shootin from the ground and should have been in a tree

gun season opened today. saw a 6 and my buddy saw a 4 ptr. we let em both walk. i'm about to post some pics we got off our cameras, theres one more but i dont have the chip from that camera. and the 3rd picture doesnt do that deer justice, you've got to see all the pictures of it from different angles to fully understand his size
