    no, it's for the currently fat, wanting to be skinny people. i fractured my foot a few months back (don't know how) and haven't been to the gym since. foot still acts up and i don't want to make it worse.

    Hope I don't show anyone up...
    I was setting up a treadmill for my mother after her knee replacement
    and in under 5 minutes I burned 14.58 calories.
    Now I'm worried it might make a difference.
    Dropped my piece of cheese cake twice !
    No one told me it could be dangerous.

    Just saw this group figure what the h'ell I am making a new years resolution to try to be more active so. Went from 295 to 280 hoping to get to a lean 260/270 that is my goal I think I would look like the ethopean kids and 195 my idea weight.
    Figure I will start with the basics of pushups and pull ups and situps.

    Hi all, saw this group and thought "what the heck I could stand to lose a little weight" So I am now getting ready to go for a walk.......to the fridge, Hey its a long walk....down the hall thru the den and back!

    Used to train 2hr a day 4 day's a week ........had to stop due to health issues.
    but I am going to start back again as of now, Wish me luck.

    yeah, i'm starting to think round is a pretty good shape to be in. starting up the gym thing again tomorrow, have been eating more salads and drinking more water while cutting out the pop and beer too. the sacrifices i make to look pretty.
