804 saying hey

Hey everyone my names Jesse, I am a mechanic/ASE tech/State Insepctor here in Richmond VA. Fantastic site with alot of useful info and looks like some great people that really are passionate about their trucks.
I have a 1986 Chevy C10 Silverado short bed I found at a yard sale almost as you see it below, sitting in the front yard next to some guns and baby clothes, just a chance drive by. I had a 1986 Mazda RX7 I bought for $400 that I was driving every day, it was fun but when I saw the truck I had to have it, and two days later and with the help of CL I sold the RX for $2400

and went back to get the truck for the negotiated price of $1400.
The reason it was cheap was the owner said he was tired of the idle problem it had and he wanted to get rid of it, it had an electric fuel pump that needed a $23 regualtor to slow the fuel flow from 12lbs to 3lbs, thats all.
Well here are some details on the truck, its a 350 with an RV cam, 350 turbo transmission with fresh paint. I pinstriped it, added non-sealed headlights, custom wires and looms with clear distributor cap and rotor with a single exhaust flowmaster. I still need to lower the rear I have the shackles but they seem to tall and may need to be cut

to not interfere with the bed, any instructional link would be apprecheated. Thanks!
