Hello from waaaaaa up North.

Guess I'll start with where I am. Right now I am in Anchorage Alaska. Got here July 2008. Moved up here by the Air Force. Was in the A.F for 6 years and deployed 3 times, now I'm the Base Code Enforcer. Originally I'm from Southern Indiana but have also lived in FL, TX and LA. I've been to 28 States, 4 Canadian Prov. and 8 countries. Oh and I'm 28 years old. My first truck was a 1972 Ford F100, then I bought a 1974 Ford Gran Torino. From there I owned 2 Pontiac Grand AM's (junk) then a 1973 Chevy truck. I traded that up for a 1977 Bonaza but after many problems, I got rid of it and got a 1978 Ford LTD II. I bought a 1994 Chevy 1500 from my boss and owned that until this year. I loved that truck, it even made it into Petersons 4x4 Magazine. Now I have a 2007 GMC Sierra 2500HD SLT and love it. Oh and I've also owned a 1986 Ford Bronco and a 1985 Ford F250. Not really a Ford or Chevy man I guess I'll drive whatever, as long as its American.

A few pics of my current truck and of my last truck...

Welcome and howdy from TEXAS. You sure have a nice truck and that 94 was super clean. Can you post the write up on the 94 so we can read what got it in that magazine.
Be good! GMC

Texas huh. I'm heading back there in 2011, Denton Area. Can't wait to be back in the South. Thanks for the complements.
Write up for the 94 was nothing special. "Saved this truck from a life of hauling wood at the sawmill I worked at. It has the 4.3L v-6 with 180,000 miles on it. Has American Racing Rims with 32-11.50x15's, new magnaflow exhaust, bucket seats, and that's it" Nothing special but I loved it.
