 | New TX Trucker Hi all, just signed up here. Am member on forums for 03 Mazda Protege5 & for the wife's 06 Volvo S40i so I figured I would check in to one for the 1982 Toyota truck. This truck has varied crazy history, 400k, been lowered street truck, covertible @ 1 point, snugtop camper @ 1 point, is older than my kids, survived a divorce & multiple "incidents" shall we say. @ the moment it is lifted 3" suspensionwise - no body lift, double tube rear bumper, prerunner front bumper, roll bars, 4wd body, 28" tires on 15" old school alloy turbine type rims, no rust & no metal cut for anything. This is family heirloom & I will never get rid of it for any reason! Can't wait until 2007 when no emissions testing will have to be done. 2009 will bring complete drivetrain makeover & paint. No, all my posts won't be this long & yes I know the forum mantra - use the search function. What's up everyone? |
