Problem with lights interior and exterior

Hi my name is Mike and this is my first time on the Chevy Forum. Maybe some can give me some ideas of the problem I am having with my "89" Chevy Silverado. The lights are pulsating from bright to dim and also the inside goes dim to, where the radio is and all of the gages are such as gas, temp, etc

Any help is appreciated.

sounds like you have a serious battery drain. i am going to guess you have a slightly improved sound system and the pulsing happens when the bass hits.
