| 91 B2600i -Freewheel lock stuck-thoughts? My 4x4 has been working great. Took it in to the local garage for a new clutch and since then the "freewheel lock" light is stuck on (even when 4x is not engaged). Sounds and feels like the hubs are still locked. Seems like this is too much of a coincidence. Any thoughts out there?! Thanks Craig |

| There is a harness that conects from the trans to the front diff, as well a set of vacuum hoses from the diff up to the firewall. Sounds like they failed to re conect the harnes and the front diff is locked. This will result in the RFW light to indicate, and this means the front end is still engaged. Common problem with the Mazdas. Have it checked out, and she should drive like new again. I also think some years had a RFW switch to overide, and activate the front diff. May check to see that the button is not depressed first. |
