1994 B3000 Mazda SE with 235000 miles

Hello, I have a 1994 B3000 Mazda SE with 235000 miles, the only thing that has been dun to it was a water pump, brakes and oil changes every 3000 miles, and I have to put in 1qt every 2500miles.(no smoke) The body is in great shape, the only thing is the automatic transmission has been rebuilt part way.

I do not want to sell or trade it in.
My Questions is should I have this motor 3L rebuilt if so where is a good shop on the west coast or just bye a new long block, or have the heads rebuilt and do the rest later?
I'm just looking for ideas.
