question on 95 B2300 grille

does anyone know if i could use a 99 B2300 grille for my 95 B2300? or even use a 95 ford ranger grille??
any help would be appriciated.

NO on both counts. The 99 B2300 and the Ranger are totally different animals. You'd have to do a LOT of front end parts swapping to make it work.
