| Hey all, i have a 1992 mazda b2200 i am currently undergoing a rebuild and i cant figure out how to get the crank shaft out, because there is a gear in the front of the crank shaft and i dont know if thats holding it on or if its just really stuck in there. If you could tell me how to remove it maby picks? that would be great thanks! |

| the timing chain gear is not holding it on. get a brass or rubber mallet and tap the ends of the crank, just don't pry on the journals and scratch them.
