Did you get a chance to see the Rims and the Tires on my F250? And if so, the first pic in that thread, did you notice that the rims and tires made the rear end sag very very noticable?....LOL.... that will prbably keep me up at night... so I am going to have to fix that...LMAO

This was a customer vehicle. It was actually a hunk of junk, and was done quite a few years ago. Back when experimenatation was the norm, and I had not learned too much. While this rig did articulate very well, it had tendancies to flip over. This thing was on its lid all of the time, and this was attributed to the darn semi-eliptical springs. While they provided plenty of lift, and mad flex, they did not provide enough progressive rate to keep this thing from becoming a sway machine. Street speeds were not acceptabe, and under power this thing was unpredicatble.
Eventually it was painted real nice, and then run like a rental. This pounding pretty much destroyed the vehicle, and it really no longer exists. Not quite worth fixing.
Decent design for its time, but we have learned so much now that this antique is nothing more than a cool pic, and a decent memory.

that is a pretty cool avitar pic. when i first seen it, i had to take a second glance at the name to make sure it was you though. you built that for someone and not yourself i am assuming.

Yeah bubba, that avitar is just an old pic of a rock rig that I built quite some time ago. It is real old stuff, but still rather effective.

Nice. So with the 557 you will be able to pull your friends out easier huh? I do not think that was your problem though, from what I saw, you trying to pull a chevy, and as we all know, they are built like a "rock" LOL.... j/k.... But cool dude. sounds like a beast of a truck, and tons of fun....

This truck will only ever see 44 inch tires, and is built for mud. While it will see some sand, mud is where it will be happiest at.
Here is a little clip; this is with a mild 460, the 557 makes this look like a 6 cylinder. lol.
