brad i need help how do i start a post

it is a 2003 4.8 it sounds like a pretty involved job is this something an average joe could do

do you know where these are located im getting mixed advice some say under the plenum and others say above oil pan and below headers what do i have to remove to get to them

if they are not that hard to change im going to go ahead and do it cant hurt im leaving for the mountains friday so i want it to be right i will be under heavy tow ill let you know how i make out thanks

any info on a knock sensor my engine light is on and the code reader is its the knock sensor
