dont go down to their level. buying used cars and trucks is hard enough now for the people that dont know anything. if i have a buyer that dont know anything except for for the key goes, i will tell them as much as i can and sometimes explain to them how to fix whatever problem it has. if they are being rude, i leave alot out. my theory has always been that if each party is honest and upfront with each other, we wont have a problem. be a jack and see what i do for you.
