my 97 gmc vortec has a lound hissing sound coming from around the tb. i've tightend the air box down and even gone as far as zip stripping it down but it still continues. any answers?

1994 chevy c1500 the revs jus drop really low and returns to normal then goes low again until engine cuts off does this even if you hold the revs up they will jus drop
