oh, and to add to my day. i went and bought a cutting torch starters kit at work, then head to carquest for some tanks. i get home, get everything plumbed and sealed only to have the acetylene tank broke. no matter what i couldn't get it to open and that was the last tank they had, so no fun for me this weekend.
i've been here stalking you guys in the shadows. just been busy with school starting back up and trying to get a few machines to run at work. i had a regulator go bad on a protrax and i had to pull the whole front engine cover off to trace the wires. it worked just fine when i was done, but after i got the cover put back on, it wouldn't start. i spent an hour checking for fuel and spark, thinking i flooded it. i pulled the cover back off and found the wires for the left bank coil had worked their way under the right bank coil and was messing with the timing. i wasn't a happy camper at all.
Where have you been the last couple days??? Are you still mourning the loss of Grumpy??? Don't sweat it, he's in Chevy Heaven with a few of mine now. He'll be fine.
