'96: gas leakage!!

The return gas line hose is fine, but before the hose, at the connecting neck that goes to the fuel pump, has corroded and it sprays straight up on the underbelly of the bed. I bought some epoxy putty for gas tanks but it is so corroded that it doesn't do much, just stops it from spraying anywhere basically. If anyone has any advice or suggestions that would be helpful, or should I just get a new tank? Can this hard part be found separately or is it connected to the tank? Thanks

So I just realized that I can get the fuel sending unit separate from the pump itself. Does anyone know where I can get one? I heard that they are the same as a maxima? Or are they the same as any other models?
