90 V-6 pickup Idle speed problem

My idle goes hay wire every so often. I have replaced the air regulator and engine temperture sensor so far, any suggestion for other possible resolve? Thanks

did you clean and check the EGR valve? check for cracked vac lines?

also clean the butterflies in the throttle body. carbon buildup will keep them from shutting and opening exactly how they were intended to.

This is a fuel injection system. Two wheel drive.
