'90 V-6 pickup problem with idle

I had replaced the air regulator and that helped, but now the idle has a wavering effect. It idles at an uneven rate constantly. I had the mechanic check for vacum leak, but he said there were none. Could it be a throttle sensor and idle switch. Anyone had this problem?

did you check the EGR valve?

Ok, I saw a vacum hose that was sitting loosely at the point of connection, problem solved.

Now you just need to fix the mechanic who checked for vacum leak, but said there were none
