Look in the yellow pages for used engines there is this place close to my house that they say they get engines from over seas with low miles and they come complete for about $1100.00 dollars. I bought one for a used MPV we bought that was trashed and so far so good and the engine was super clean on the inside.
used import engines for sale - Yahoo! Search Results I bet there is one in your area just pick it up to save on s/h like I did.

buddy put a 302 5 speed in one was pretty fun truck,left it 2 wheel drive though
