04 Frontier gas milage drop

My son's 2wd 4 cyl frontier fuel mileage has dropped from 320 miles/tank to 260miles/tank . took it to the dealer and they cleaned the injectors but no help. It feel to me that it has a high speed miss, at 45000 miles could it be time for plugs and wires? any suggestions?

not at 45000 miles but anything is possible. you say it is your sons. is it driving habits?? might be a dirty air filter which in turn will cause buildup on the throttle body.
