Cool dirt bike rebuild

click pics to see full-size version

trail fix, yes that is a deck screw the pedal is home-made also

intake leak- main reason why i can't tune the bike and get it to idle

broken tooth- good excuse for an upgrade side note, i built the fence on the right from scratch

dirty air filter from my last romp in the mud

dirty carb due to inefficient air filter, being cleaned and rebuilt as you read this

stretched chain- missing guide and other important parts

broken throttle return cable

trail fix, hey it worked

result from hitting dry spot while mudding at WOT

the only part to arrive out of the dozens that i ordered

stay tuned for updates, i won't be able to ride it for at least 6 weeks, so i decided to rebuild it

Seems like the obvious first step is: catch a carc.
I don't want to hear about the "float tower"

parts are slowly coming in! i went down one tooth on the front sprocket to give the old dog some pep.

OEM shift pedal cost $145, bought this for $19 and will modify it.

cleaned the carb at work, fixed the float and installed some new hardware

due to the scarcity of parts, the engine will not be tore down. a few seals and top end adjustment is all that will be performed.
