spring break (thus far...)

ok, well, its spring break for me now, idk how many other people are on "vacation", but here is a list and pics of what i did as of today. friday was my last day of school, and thats when it started, my break.

--------------------------------------------------------------------
i got home from school, and my dad decided he wanted to change the shocks on his truck. i used the impact, all he did was placed the shock, and i did the rest with guidance... heres a pic of the old shocks.

and pics of them on his truck...

saturday, i set up a church that is held at this local middle school, and we tore it down on sunday. we set up for a spring break program after that (also held at the middle school). also on sunday, after i got home about 2 oclock, we brought home the trailer, and i cut most of the lawn, my dad did the rest of it, but i did the main part. cleaned some of the garage (its always a work in progress ) becuz the freezer decided to die after 20 years of running. still have alot to do. now, today, woke up at about 6:30, and came to the middle school where my dad works, and inventoring computers (old ones, some from 1996!) and there are quite a few. heres a pic of some of the ones we did.

and still have to do...

and so far, we are really busy, but we get work done alot faster by listening to led zeppelin! more to come, its gonna be a busy week.

id the entire room with the numb3rs on every computer, printer, and scanner in there, shrink wrap and pallet, then call the school district and tell them to pick them up, where they check the numbers on a few, say theyre all there, and then take um to the dump. its very fun. we finished that rom full and now there is a second room just as full. the total count for the computers in that room was 394 computers.

im really not inteneded on getting paid, but i like to work, and this sure as **** beats babysitting/volunteering at a spring break day care. i like this way better cuz when im on break, i can go on the computer, which is kool.

we got the shippmett of white boards, 29 boxes of 2 16 foot white boards, also, i got to destroy some old cabinets with a sledge hammer, that was fun, and i got to take the trash to the dumpster in a golf cart, we put most of it on the roof, and it looked like it was about to crack in half, lmao. ill get some more pics of stuff as the week goes on. and hopefully, we will go pick up that free 1969 vw bus, and maybe ill get paid. yesterday i ordered 118 bucks worth of parts for my rc cars, but that was all my money from the past 3 weeks i worked on the weekends, i have 3 bucks left. i also bought a belt buckle, it has a rebel flag and it says rebel trucker in it. heres a pic.

i am treated pretty well, like i dont have to buy my car at all, my dad says i need one so he will buy me something like a fixer upper. and thats fine by me. i get alot of hands on learning by working like i do. i probably work more than most people who are like 30, lol, and way more than the average 15 year old. im like on an apprentise job or something. thanks for being interesed.

we got done clearing out that back lot, but i got pics before and more to come. we also had a guy come in, one of the custodians husbands, with a problem with his gasser excursion, my dad looked at it and determined it was an exhaust leak from when the guy had dual exhausts put in, and also, i saw my dads 40+ year old lawnmower, by jacobsen, and i thought it was kool, so i got a few pics of it. the golf cart has its battle scars from working instead of putting, and you can see all the white boards too. the one classroom we still need to get done, more to come. now for pics.
