You know, I found out what a shot of B12 does to someone who is exhausted! LOL... That 5-hour energy stuff has like 8333% of your daily recomended intake of both B6 and B12! Man was I flyin! LOL

And Mud, I am sorry man, but I feel a little more concerned that you were able to even have a beer at the movie theater! not here for sure

i tried that pill bottle sized 5 hour energy stuff and all it did was leave a bad orange flavor in my mouth.

as for the beer in the theater, they have a fully stocked bar next to the ticket counter. it's kind of a toss up when it comes to the reason why i go to the movies. i think it's more for the alcohol.

never tried any drink. the b12 can be gotten from any farm and ranch place like TSC. really need to get back on them. guy across the way from me is taking aloe vera pills. but not any that you can buy from the store. supposed to be more potent or something. he has not been sick in the last 2 years and still works full time as a plumber and also drives hotshots. did i mention he has almost hit 80??

Never heard of spike! I'll have to try it!! Remember those little double action ephederines they used to sell. Says not to consume more then 6 in a 24 hour period. Well I consumed 6 within a 30min period! Man let me tell you what I was tweaking about a hour later! I started thinking that my heart was gonna explode and that I was gonna die and this! Worst trip I ever had! I know what you mean mud we have a JB pub right next to the theatre here!!!

i have taken them ephederines. But i would take 4-5 at a time then not again for 4-5 hrs later...since i have asthma 4-5 at a time wasnt all that much as i have taken them for years...primatene and bronk-aid tablets are the same thing...i cant work outside without taking these or i will have an asthma attack..doc gave me an inhaler but it doesnt work that good....lol..so all i did was figure out a way to control it myself and since 1990 havent had any problems.....as far as vitamins go i was taking them every day but since these blood clots in my leg i am only allowed to take Coumadin..the doc told me i can resume vitamins and everything else after i am done with the blood thinners

to often though i am trying to burn the candle at both ends which is why when i sit down to watch a movie i fall asleep..as long as i stay on my feet i am just fine so that is what i do.....lol

usually i try to watch movies in the winter because i have a lot less work to do so am not as tired...the best time to watch a movie for me is after midnight...i am a nightowl and when i work days if i dont go to bed by 10 then i am up until 1 or 2 and getting up at 5 is hard...lol...to be young again

my family is littered with athsma. i could write a 500 page book on the junk. dont have it nor do i want it. only thing i have to worry about at this point is the arthritis but as long as i dont do anything stupid, i do pretty good. used to take the celebrex to keep it in check which worked wonders for me however, the FDA didnt think that the side effects were very benificial. so they took it off the market. am thinking about trying the joint drinks. they have ones that contain glucosimine and chondrotin. might be worth my time.

Who saw Twighlight this weekend? better yet, who read the books and are anxious for the movies? I ventured out in the nasty weather, spent 3.5 hours driving seven miles in total accident riddled roads just to stand in line for a sold out show for two hours, in the cold to watch it! I loved it, short of two or three details, it followed the book exactly... very good flick. I know I am a freak, but I did the same thing for all six star wars movies, all five TNG movies and all the Lord of the rings too..... and the next flick I will be in line for, opening night, possibly even the midnight showing the night before, is Star Trek comming out 5/9/09.....

But on a different subject, I am anxious to see transporter three too Mud.... also looks like a good movie.

Yeah I'll be watching transporter 3 for sure!! Not a fan of the twilight phenomenon never heard of the book and will probably never see the movie. My friend though said she liked the book alot better. On a comedy note I'm gonna go see Bolt next weekend for sure if not sooner!! That one looks good!
