Well just move on bud. It happens. I know yall had yalls good times and bad times. Just keep cool man. Life's too short to worry about things that will fall in place in time. I've learned that. What happens happens. Just don't lose hope though. Yea. Just the swampy area of Georgia...ahh...moonshine stills....wildfires...girls....beach.....mud holes....rivers.......just to name the few. Dude just keep on dating. If she really likes you, she will come back. | |

| i agree with CG. theres plenty of wild women out there. the snowstorm idea is great too. since texas is not known for snow (east tx), we rescue stuck in mud girls. they are always willing to give up all kinds of stuff when they are out there in the middle of nowhere. few beers and fishing poles............ man, life is good. |

| bummer about the girl man, but don't let it get you down. keeping with chevyguy's fish theme: there are plenty of fish in the sea, and you don't always get to keep what you catch. maybe its time for a little catch and release. just dont wear out your rod, and before you know it you'll snag a real keeper

| i know yall are trying to help and all, but ****, its alot easier said than done. i mena the last 3 years of my life, up and gone. and shes out acting like she aint gotta problem in the world, while i'm in the dumps. that hurts just as bad if not worse than her leaving in the first place. and now she's gotta have surgery next week and i want so bad to be there for her. i mean, any time you see someone you care about in a position where they need help, you want to be there to give a hand. and she wont even let me in. its tearing me apart on the inside

| if it were me, i would go for her surgery. just because she kicked you to the curb like a bad habit doesnt mean that yall stopped caring for each other. if you needed surgery, i bet that she would want to know. who knows, something like that might bring yall back together. |

| i was in a similar situation to what you described. i, like you, wanted to help my ex with some problems she was having. so i did. we split up after she graduated college (i still had a semester left) and 2 weeks before I was going to ask her to marry me. a year after she left me, i met her in chicago and helped her through everything even though she had a new boyfriend that should have been there and wasnt... whatever. put all kinds of time and energy into helping her out, just because i still cared about her and wanted her to be happy. and at the end? she undid everything i helped her with and went back to the other bum without so much as a thank you or even a handshake, and stopped talking to me (again) altogether. i hadnt heard a peep from her til 2 days ago (its been 8months since she last said anything to me). she sent me a text message to tell me she had decided to quit the job that she left me for 2 years ago, didn't have any other work lined up, but wouldnt be coming back to the east coast. just another twist to the knife i guess. so i understand where you're coming from (she and I were together for almost 4 years before she split). do what you think you gotta do buddy, i hope you have better luck than i did. i wouldnt get my hopes up too high though.

| Bro. Don't worry about this. Just move on and learn from this situation. Remember, she can be with you for 30 years and then she can leave you. Your not married or anything so no worrys or child support |
