finally found my bi-metal hole saw kit under the front seat of the truck , don't ask me how they got there . got this done today , got more to go , i'am going to sneak out the good camera for the final picture (don't tell momma )

glad to see there are people out there like me. my 3/4" roundover bit for the router wouldnt fit through my router base so had to make one. 5/8 plexi makes a great base for custom jobs. took me 30 minutes to make the tool that took 5 minutes to use.
