| shop press chapter 1 still feeling bad after doctor visit , after much begging , barter , calling in favors , here is what i have got cost only $ 35.00 so far , more tomorrow if i feel better . the bottle jack is 6 ton , still haven't made up my mind on either A or H frame . as always commits and suggestions welcome shd |

| now you need springs, remember HF has them for 199 so it has to stay cheap! ![]()

| this is going to be interesting. i dont know if you have this drawn out in your head or not but i like to try and visualize it. then work towards that goal. bad thing is, once i start building such like this, i end up changing things when i figure out how to make them better. then it turns in to be a 6 week project rather than the normal weekender. |

| decided to go with the H type all 2"x2" top and bottom is 3/16" side is 1/8" inbetween is 16" over all height is 36" more tomorrow i hope . ![]() shd |

| how is this going to be adjustable?? the ones i have seen can go from just a few inches to several feet. |
