Someone sent these photos and I want to share. Don’t know how many of you have seen them.
Notice the thermometer where the thermostat would be.

I got everything to make one scattered around....

I just might do it but man that is a lot of metal to chop out of the block...

I just scraped a 302 before I saw these and then when I showed a friend these photos, he said he could have used his plasma cutter to remove most of it by cutting into the water jacket. We figured we could then use a small grinder for the rest.

yeah that is what I was thinking... Cutting the block out via the water journals and grinding it down. I think I'd have to cut out the heads too. That is a lot of weight to be picking up.

and i thought mine was cool. a bit too small for me but would love to have one for the trips to the lake.
