| Ended up with a nice Brinkmann Pro Series 9425 from Wally World. Caught a good sale, $70 off, but just missed out on a better deal at Home Depot on a 4 burner Charmglow with rotisserie, marked down from $379 to $199, but they were sold out. Checked another HD 20 miles away and they had one so I drove over. Only problem was the one they showed "in stock" was the one someone ran over with a forklift.

| Have you tried using a little marinade on the meat? You might like it better than eating the charcoal.

| does't the marinade take some of the crunch out of the charcoal while it is adding flavor?

| Put 'em in the grill and bake at 400 for about 6-7 hours, wait till they cool, then shine 'em up on the buffer and sell 'em to the yuppies as "fossilized prehistoric charcoal" paperweights, $19.95 +s&h
